chaotic fringe
The trends of the fringe wrinkles and goes everywhere. The cape is light on the shoulders and seems and is delicate. The all over look seems cheap, though it’s a high tag $$$$ even on sale. Seeing no point to justify the price, specially the fringe mancraft is poor. Also it arrived folded and squeezed in a plastic bag, not helping the piece.
