Extremely disappointing experience.
I’ve been a loyal Nordstrom customer for over two decades, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I never received this necklace, yet I was charged approximately $600. I submitted a claim with Nordstrom requesting a refund, but my claim was denied.
I’m now essentially out $600 for an item I never received. I expected Nordstrom to stand behind its customers and help resolve an issue like this.
If there were an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would.
