What has grown into the It shoe for tiny feet was first created out of leather scraps on a kitchen table in 2009, after Freshly Picked founder Susan Petersen gave up on finding a baby shoe that was cute and stayed put. Best shoes ever!!!

My son has very chunky feet, and it was really hard to find shoes that fit his width, without getting too big. These fit him comfortably and most importantly stay on his feet! The elastic helps them stay on! They're great from tiny babies to toddlers. The soft sole is great for babies learning how to walk, because they are able to feel the ground with their toes. I only have great things to say about Freshly Picked!

Cute, but Poor Quality

These moccasins are very stylish and seem comfortable (hence the 1 star), however, they broke on the 2nd day of use!!! My toddler is just starting to learn how to walk, so it wasn't heavily used at all. The leather seems like good quality, but they use cheap elastic shoddily sewn together to hold the mocs together which is the reason they broke (see pictures). I did contact the company Freshly Picked and they emailed back saying that this happens all the time (so it wasn't considered a defect) and that I should take it to a seamstress to be fixed. So if you want cute mocs that last a few days, get these, but if want better quality baby mocs that will last long enough to be passed down, look elsewhere.

Poor leather quality, not made in USA

Disappointed in these shoes due to a difference in leather quality for each shoe and not made in USA as stated in description. see attached photos. Will be returning

Not what I expected

Owning several pairs of Freshly Picked moccasins, I was very disappointed when opening the package, as the moccasins were neither "genuine leather" nor did they have the FP logo on the bottom soles. I had to return the moccasins as they clearly are not what I expected. It's as if I purchased a knock off.

Elastic broke on two pairs!

I purchase two pairs of these moccasins and the elastic snapped on both. So disappointing! Should have learned my lesson the first time, but I love the look on my babe's feet, so I bought another pair in a larger size and after less than 10 wears, boom, they break again. Thankfully Nordstrom has a great return policy, but still frustrating! Maybe I'll be better off with the cheap moccasins crawling all over the internet, because I won't be as annoyed if a $10 pair breaks, but given they're $60 a pair, yikes - Not worth it!
