Great balanced everyday runner shoes
These 880s seem to have a great balanced feel, perfect for running on the road and on the treadmill. NB found a balance in not having too much cushion but just enough to have a perfect feel. Super light and feel great on the feet.

poor durability and poor fit
I've had the shoes for 2 months and already worn the sole down to the base foam. They have only been used walking the dog around a few blocks a few days a week. Also the sole has very little grip. The fit is not as comfortable as previous fresh foam shoes I've had (which also had terrible soles) and has rubbed my ankles off. Lastly the foam seems to have collapsed quickly and shoes don't feel as stable as when i bought them. I'll be switching to other brands in search of better materials and durability.

Only buy if you want a soft, mushy, unstable sole.
I’m a bit disappointed in the current general of 880’s. The sole is softer, cushier and gives too much than my older 880’s. Sorry I ordered them on line without finding them in a store and trying them out.
So sorry that I recently bought a pair of 860 which are turning out to be more stable and firmer.

Amazing Shoes
I bought a pair of these hoping to help with my plantar fasciitis. My feet get very painful with this issue. These shoes have been enormously helpful. I can be on my feet all day and suffer very little compared to everything else I have tried. So pleased I can get out on walks again. I highly recommend these shoes. They also are very comfortable. I have now bought a second pair to wear to work.

Too tight
Not true to size. I have had 3 or 4 pairs of 880 in the past few years and this pair does not fit anything like them. Too tight.
