French Terry Button-Up Shirt

Slightly oversized and lacking in quality when compared to other options on the market. But the price is right for what you get. Mine arrived with a few random pieces of thread that had to be trimmed and some lazy seams. I know it is part of the look but too many loose threads can kind of make or break an “unfinished” look vs “lived in” aesthetic. I kept this top bc the fabric actually drapes really well and looks great half tucked, over a swimsuit or as a loose layer on top of a tee or tank. It’s versatile, but not sure how long it will stand the test of wash and wear.

This top is perfect to layer over a tee shirt. It is a terry material so it is soft, yet not too thick like modal can be sometimes. It is a casual top. I took my usual size in this brand which is one size smaller than other brands. I took the x-small and I'm 5'3" 120lbs. The Navy Still pairs perfectly with the Caslon terry straight leg sweatpants for a great travel or WFH outfit. I'm debating getting this shirt in another color.

I'm a big fan of Frank & Eileen & this looks very similar, for a fraction of the cost. I picked up this during the anniversary sale. I am a M & sometimes a large & found this ran TTS (broad shoulders/34DD). It is very soft in a rich dark navy. It washes well & I hung to dry after a 10 min dryer (to get the wrinkles out). While this is not 100% cotton (like the F&E), it is a higher cotton blend & feels good on the skin. The top can be worn as a top or a shirt jacket over a tee or tank. A great travel or weekend piece. I got the pants too for a stylish look.

I have this shirt in navy and cream. It is so soft and comfortable and I love it. I have had them now a few weeks and after washing just once I noticed piling. After a few wears the piling is now covering the shirt. Its really unfortunet because I love the shirts, but after a few weeks they look years old.

Love the shirt! Super soft and roomy, not too heavy. Will be great as a big shirt or as a shacket.

I love this shirt! Keep in mind though that it runs really big. I am normally a Small and this fiits me best in XXS. I have nothing else in my closet XXS so that isnt normal for me. If you can find the size that fits you best, this shirt is a keeper!
