Super cute and flattering dress! I am 5’4 and 150 (on a good day) and a size 8 was *chef’s kiss*
It’s the right length without being too risqué and the neckline is extremely flattering. I love the puff sleeves because they hide my bingo arms (think old woman waving arms in the air yelling BINGO!). I can get away with not wearing a bra because the dress secures my B-cups but I added sticky boobs to make ‘em pop. The cut outs at the hips also add a little something flirty to the overall look.
