I love this casual little dress, as it shows off the curves while hiding my tummy. I am 5'3", 125 pounds and got a size 6. It falls a bit above my knees, so for an older gal, if it were any shorter, it would be too short. It is figure flattering, so I will be grabbing this dress a lot this summer.

Definitely Not It
I don’t know if I’ve ever put something on from Nordstrom and said “nope” so quickly. I took a risk on this one during the Anniversary Sale with hopes that it could be a cute summery dress or something to dress up with wedges for a casual wedding. I’m 5’8”, 34DD, 125lbs with an hourglass figure, and the waist in this made me look huge. This is similar to a babydoll-style dress in that I felt the torso wasn’t long enough and the waist wasn’t nearly defined enough (some elastic there or a stitched waist would have been perfect), so it was baggy around the stomach and unflattering on my chest. The fabric is cheap and thin- the only positive I could find is the dark blue is a pretty faded denim color. This might look great on another body shape, but it was awful on me and I wish I hadn’t tried it. Honestly a $25 Amazon dress could do better.
