Cheap, poor quality
Came damaged on one shoulder and I didn’t realise until I’d taken the tags off. It’s also terrible quality - looked fine with a quick try-on in store, but wrinkled the moment I sat down, so looked awful and cheap after only a quick Uber ride. Do not recommend.

Returns are Now a Huge Hasle
I live somewhere where there are barely any stores, so I have to order online, see if anything fits, and then return things. One of the reasons I like Nordstrom is because returns were easy through USPS. I could just have them picked up at my door. Now it seems they are only using FedEx which is a hassle
