something strange in the way the lower half hangs
I bought this as a gift for someone who loves Free People. Seemed perfect, but when she tried it on - it had a very weird, defective looking way that it hung in the skirt part - it bells out awkwardly and won't hang straight. It does have a nice flow to it. Seems like too much fabric and the fabric is not the best quality. Disappointing. This is how it was on a tall, very slim physique. Seems it runs slightly large also.
