Definitely NOT true to size, but very pretty.
I'd say it runs at least one size small, maybe two, in the waist/hips. I'm normally a 14/16 (can fit into size 14 pants but they're snug, 16 is usually slightly loose) with slightly curvy tummy and narrow hips and these can't be buttoned. The legs are very roomy, as pictured. The pants would be nice and breezy if it fit well. As I'm currently experiencing a lifestyle transition that is changing my size, I'm debating whether to hold onto them or return this product.

Runs a little small

perfect summer pants
These are very lightweight cotton fabric. Perfect for hotter temps. I read other reviewers and got the size 8 in the blue color even though I typically wear size 6/28 in most brands. For background I'm 5'7" and 150lbs, 28" waist, 39" hips. They still sit right at my belly button and are comfortable sitting.

SUPER FUN PANTS
I love the pattern, I get compliments every time I wear them. The fabric is very light (it could look a bit cheap) but is very comfortable.
I am a consistent 6 in pants (38-40), but these are 2 sizes smaller. I got the 8 and is a bit tight in my hips, however after wearing them the fabric loosed up.
I am going to buy the plant pattern pants and try size 10.
