Malibu Sweater & Pants Set

I’m 5’8 and these pants are WAY too short. Not as pictured at all. Material is lightweight and comfortable, simple casual outfit but am returning due to length of pants.

The top is very oversized and the bottom is tight. Length is perfect because I’m 5’3. The top covers my big bottom:) Ordered a size small. Ordering another set for my winter vacation.

I really love this set. The feel is lightweight, color is a beautiful blue. I'm usually a size M for free people and this is true to size, very comfortable. I'm also 5'4 and the pants hit my ankle. However, it's a little see through in the booty area. I'll be returning the medium and buy the large for the extra fabric coverage in case I decide to wear this out for the spring.

I was so excited for this set and when I tried it on, the pants are a few inches shorter than my ankle (I am 5’7”) and the top had some strange substance around the collar as if it had been worn and stained by someone before. The tags are on as new and I really want to like this set! Wondering if the stain would come out in the wash, but it is hand wash only. Deciding to return this or try washing, hoping for Nordstrom to make it right!
