Delia Asymmetric Raw Hem Cotton Dress

Cute dress, but not super flattering for me. I think it runs just a little large, I wasn’t afraid of anything slipping out of the cups, but they felt a little too wide set, and since the straps are so thin there isn’t anything to provide support in the bust. I’m short and carry a lot of my extra weight in my stomach so this ended up looking a little boxy on me, but it’s an adorable lightweight summery dress. I gave it four stars because I love the dress, it’s just not right for me personally. Please note the almond cream is peach in person.

My only complaint is I wish the straps felt a bit sturdier but it’s honestly not a big deal. The fabric is incredibly soft. This dress is so comfortable and the quality is way better than anything you’ll find on Amazon or even from a lot of other expensive brands these days. This was such a pleasant surprise because I’m always trying to find dresses I like and coming up short. I have a big rib cage despite being slender and this shape helps me look curvier than I am. I could have probably fit the xs but the small felt more comfortable and the length was perfect.

The almond cream is more of a peach color which I was aware of going in and it looks very pretty. I am glad that I read the reviews because I am a true medium and the small fit perfectly with some room to spare in the bust. If you are bustier, it may be better to stick to your normal size as this seems to cater to those with a smaller bust. A wonderful dress for spring/summer.

Super cute lightweight summer dress. I am 5'6, 132lbs, 34DD, with a very short waist, and the small fit perfectly - looks nearly identical to models here. The only issues I have are that unless you have an amazingly perky chest, the fabric bunches weirdly in the center - this can be solved by tightening the straps, but then they may cut into your shoulders. And the bottom is raw/frayed and the strings are hanging off it up to 12" in some places. I will cut them, but I know they'll keep fraying over time. Overall, this is a keeper for me!
