Who knows!?!?! Lol.. Nordstrom keeps taking the items that I purchased and get delivered to the store back to the store without even letting you know they send you an email asking you if you need an extension items were supposed to be picked up 2/13 I chose to accept the extension and move my items to be picked up for February 18 and today happy Valentine’s Day. They took my items and threw them back on the floor items that weren’t even on the floor in the first place because this is the reason why I had to order these items online because you didn’t have them on the store floor but now you do all because of me right. Can someone tell me why even bother sending an email letting people know items have to be picked up and then once you accept the extension, you still could care less and still throw them back on the floor what is the point of all of that, what is it? What’s the point? This makes no sense. It’s bad business you guys should be doing better and quite frankly those items that are sitting there waiting for a person to pick up have already been purchased. You already have your money so it’s not like you’re holding them for people it’s not a hold. It’s a pick up. You guys gotta do better. You’re really this is sad and embarrassing. That a whole bunch of adult people running a whole company can’t get this together to let their store employees know to check before placing items on the floor that have already been purchased by your customers and this isn’t the first time this is the second time. I don’t think this is gonna work for me. I can’t be responsible to have to be calling people asking them to make sure they do their job. My responsibility was to accept the extension and move my pick up date to February 18, which was completely ignored this time and the time before. I see where this is going if it continues. Sad to see all the bad reviews cause there’s so many and yet I still kept shopping. But now I see why people are disappointed because this is disappointing. I don’t have a dress for Florida and I definitely don’t have something aware tonight for Valentine’s Day. Thank you so much all of you. I spoke to Carlos when I called you at one800 number he was very nice to find out what was going on, but really couldn’t do it. Fix it or say anything more but try to get me off the phone because he really didn’t want to hear it either, and I don’t blame him who wants to hear disappointment in anyone’s voice. :(((
