Not! True to size or measurements on size chart.

I am an 8-10 depending on a brand. Size 6 in Liverpool. 5'4 and 160. Ordered size 10 and would not even fit just looking at them. Waist measures 27- 28, not what size chart states and there is no stretch. Definitely order 2 sizes up to get look as per picture. Tag says eur 42
