Franklin Rib Cage High Waist Straight Leg Jeans

These jeans looked so cute from the photo. I had high hopes for these. Sadly, I think these will be going back. They are soo extremely long. No way you can wear them with basic shoes or flats. I’m 5’4” and normally wear 32” length jeans. You have to wear platforms or heels with these. Just not practical when I don’t wear heels everyday. Even with heels on, it still drags to the floor.

I didn't expect too much from these as they were a substitute purchase for another pair of jeans that sold out immediately in the NAS. Never tried this brand so had no expectations. Being 5' 4", jeans are always something I have to get altered but I was hoping against hope that the cuffed nature of these would allow me to wear them with at least short heeled shoes. Nope! They're pretty long. However, that's the only downside of these because they fit amazing!! I typically wear 4/27 and that is what I ordered so they're TTS. They seem like they have just the right amount of stretch to be comfortable, flex with you but keep their shape. They fit well on my waist and hug my backside in a very flattering way. The straight leg is absolutely perfect and elongating even for someone with short legs like me. Love the medium wash - I feel like they're a bit darker than the online pic shows which is actually what I wanted. All in all very surprised (in a fantastic way) by these jeans and am glad I took a chance on them. Trusting that Nordys amazing alterations folks can preserve the cool cuffed hem of these so I can wear them with sneakers or flats.
