Franklin Print Puff Sleeve Midi Dress

I wore this dress on Easter in Rome and I love it! The dress fit well, was very feminine, and it was flattering for my body as well!

I ordered my regular size and the dress was loose around the top, and was very tight with no stretch in the waist. Also the dress as very thin and had no lining. I returned the dress.

I originally purchased size 2 based on reviews that recommended sizing up. The 2 fit tight and form fitting, not necessarily in a bad way but if I had a big meal, you’d know. But I loved the way it looked on me, very flattering. Out of curiosity, I ordered a size 4 and the fit was slightly more relaxed but definitely more comfortable than the size 2. I also noticed the color was different between the two sizes. I preferred the size 2 color; was super confused on why the exact same dress but different sizes would be different in color shade?? The neckline on size 2 also sat better whereas the size 4 had some slight gaping. I ultimately went with size 4 for a more comfortable all-day fit. I’m normally a size 0 or xs. I’m 5’2, 108lbs.

The sizing guide measurements on the hips and waist are correct but the bust Size is way off to the point I emailed Petal and Pup directly to see if this dress was made wrong. Waiting to hear back. Normally wear a size 2 but ordered a 4 and it still did not fit in the bust. Bust size is 34/35.

Cute dress but the material and construction of the garment is very poor quality. After purchasing, I washed the dress according to its instructions and the material ripped a couple of inches near the leg slit. It would’ve been bad enough if the seam ripped, but this was the actual material that just tore without any reason. Since I had to wear it for an occasion I had to mend it myself which was difficult to make it look good due to how it ripped. Disappoint in this brand and quality given the price

Cute dress but needs a longer torso- at 5’2 the bodice part of dress does not work for my frame. Will need to return.
