small and unflattering
Like some reviewers have said, this runs small. I typically wear small (4/6) and ordered a medium. It got over my hips with a few creaky sounds from the waistband that I did not find reassuring. It was snug across the caboose but also managed to ripple along the side seams making it look worse. The unfinished hem was sloppy and the side slit a little odd. Hard pass. Also the ox blood in the skirt was slightly different than the top.

Unpopular opinion - I like it!
This seems to be an unpopular opinion but I like this skirt! I am 5’5” 135lbs (postpartum, larger on bottom) and purchased the medium after reading reviews. I like this skirt! It fits just as shown in the pic and will be great for fall paired with a denim jacket and sneakers. I’m considering purchasing another color too! Worth a try as Nordstrom has a great return policy if you don’t like. Size up!

Love the cotton and color and like the cut but wow !! So small, MED was way too small feels like a SM. So bummed this isn’t sized correctly would of given it 5 stars if so. Also questioning how much this shrinks after wash since it’s 100% cotton??? Regret having to return but it’s just not working for my 5’2” curvy 130 LB frame :/

runs extremely small!
I’m a size 0/2, 25” waist & 36” hips. I ordered an extra small. I could not get this skirt on it was so narrow! Maybe I got a defective skirt? It’s sold out so I’m not sure if a bigger size would work. The color is really pretty and the fabric is soft. Im guessing I’d need to go up two sizes. Just crazy.
