Rowan Crop Utility Jacket

I like my Frank and Eileen mini Belfast and regular Belfast jackets very much, they are useful, functional and hit the design mark. The Rowan utility jacket may hit the design mark but it misses on a basic primary function. If you like to rest your hands in your pockets it is not possible with the Rowan because the pockets have a flap and open under the bust line. There isn’t a second, slant pocket opening into this “breast” pocket (like other manufacturers offer, nor is there a second set of pockets lower on the jacket. I kind of feel like I’m trying to stealthily adjust my bra when I reach into the Rowan pocket. It just isn’t useful or practical to me.

I bought the Chai color. Normally I'm a Med in F&E tops and Lg to XL in coats. This Rowan was too large in size Lg. I am exchanging for a Med. It can be worn with any color...I may even wear as a heavy shirt.
