Order down a size in Eileen
I love the Eileen style shirts because the material and construction is first rate and the button placement across the bust line is designed so there is never any gaping, unlike so many other brands. I’m a 36 D and wear an XS in Eileen. Please note that F&E makes 8 different styles of button-up shirts. The Eileen is a relaxed fit and if you have an athletic build and want a fitted shirt, look to their Barry style. I’m a medium in the Barry as opposed to an XS in Eileen. These shirts launder beautifully if you wash them as instructed, inside out on the cold/gentle style and remove promptly at the end of the cycle. I mostly air dry mine on a hanger, being sure to place them neatly on it and smooth the collar and placket into place. I can usually wear them straight from there or do a light touch-up in the dryer.

Received WORN shirt AGAIN! Gross!
This is my 2nd F&E shirt. Both arrived shoved into a bag and obviously worn. This one had stinky B.O. under the armpits (gag) and the last one smelled like ring-around-the-collar (aka dirty, greasy hair). Disgusting! Come on, Nordstrom! We've shopped with you for over 50 years and this is unacceptable.

I just received this shirt that has obviously been worn, washed and returned. Some of the color has ran and it’s a wrinkled mess. I already have the pink version I ordered from F & E directly so I know the difference! This is a 1st for me from Nordstrom, whoever shipped it from the store didn’t check to see the condition of the item.

I have been admiring this shirt for months, but was not sure if I loved it enough to buy it. It went on sale and I snatched it up. I am so glad I did. The shirt is made of the same wonderful cotton that Frank & Eileen is known for. What surprised me were the hearts. I had expected them to be part of the fabric with screen printing or the like. They are woven in. They sit flat, but won’t fade over time with wear. It is really flattering on. I adore it!

Relaxed fit means large!
I’m 5’1 and 107 lbs. Bought a size XS but fit too large and loose on my petite frame. I returned it and am currently waiting for XXS to become available. If you don’t like the boyfriend fit and you’re petite, perhaps try XXS.

I ordered this b/c I was looking for a 100% cotton F&E blouse. This is a cotton linen blend. Nordstrom has been so lazy with their item details lately. If you're looking for a cotton linen blend, then this is a great blouse. Just buyer beware!
