Worth the investment
I ordered this piece online, without having seen it in person, and I was wholly underwhelmed when the package arrived. The material is similar to a lightweight sweatshirt and it has a raw hem. At first look, it reminded me of a gym sweatshirt that had the sleeves cut off. However, when I tried it on, my mind was completely changed. It drapes beautifully, is a perfect weight, and can easily be dressed up or down. It’s a staple item that I will wear often. It doesn’t look like much at first, but don’t be deterred! I highly recommend and would absolutely buy it again.

Potent Mildew Smell and No Tags!
I did buy this on sale and was so excited to finally get a Frank and Eileen! What a horrible moment taking it out of the bag to find this top reeking of mildew as if it were in somebody’s basement for a very long time, on top and on top of that there were no tags! How could Nordstrom sell this?

Great for lounging & travel
I love the funnel neck version of the short-sleeved capelet, and found the scoop neck less flattering for me. It's very wide in the body - I typically wear a large in stretchy tops and an XL in more fitted ones - so this may be overwhelming on someone smaller. This capelet looks polished (casual, of course, but not in a sloppy way) with the matching cropped sweats and I've worn that set on an overnight flight. It's easy to layer this capelet over a variety of shirts and I haven't noticed any fading or pilling after a number of washes.

Great staple for your clothing collection
Love! this top! I get compliments every time I wear. The price is a little more than I would typically spend however, I definitely got what I paid for. I will wear this for years to come. Looks cute with a tank underneath (must wear something as arm holes will show your bra) but I actually wear it more often with a long sleeved shirt underneath. Enjoy!

You're going to open this and ask yourself: "I paid how much for this?" And then you'll put it on and realize it's probably worth it. Very flattering in some mysterious way since it's a one size item. Great for travel.
