Buttery soft
I purchased both the beige and hazelnut brown in my usual franco sarto size 6.5. They fit well. I do agree w the other reviewer though, in that for some it might be a little long in front. I think if you're on the small or narrow side of a size and/or you don't plan to wear socks you could afford to go down a half size.
The beige is definitely beige, not ivory. It's very different than anything I have in my closet. The hazelnut is a medium to dark brown.
Fwiw, both the beige and hazelnut brown colors do say "leather/fabric upper" inside in case anyone was wondering.
The leather is buttery soft, the toe is definitely square and also like the sculpted heel. Easy to walk in and on/off.

Not as cute in person
I’m not sure if I just received a bad pair but these did not look the same in person. I ordered a 9W and they fit in terms of sole width but the leather almost looked baggy and wrinkled up? They did not seem as structured as I expected.

Nice style but…
I purchased the Waxton Chelsea Leather Boot in Black. I received it quickly. It looked lovely out of the box and fit well. When I looked at what they were made of it says “Fabric Upper, Balance Man Made”.
I came back to the website thinking I had made a mistake, but no, the Nordstrom description says “Leather Upper/Synthetic lining and Sole”. Just want to make Nordstrom and others aware.

Beat fir for wide foot, but quality lacking
i wanted these to work. they feel great and look great, but the leather around the zippers already look worn. i know the shows are brand new - no wear on the soles. i was scared what the boots would look like after wearing. sadly returning.

So Soft and TTS!!
Some reviews said these booties ran large, due to the square toe, but I do not think so. I wear a 5.5 and these fit me fine. I have a fairly narrow foot, as well, but my toes come up to where they are supposed to be, and without socks. The leather is very buttery and soft, like others have said and they are supper comfortable! The heel height is just right for me. I feel like I can do a bit of walking in these and I am in my 70's! Very chic looking and I look forward to wearing them a lot!

Nice boot
Nice boot, very good looking and comfortable, runs large so size down. I am normally an 8.5 with a narrow-ish foot but am returning for an 8. The leather is supple and the square toe is so nice (no annoying toe pinching). I have pretty skinny ankles and I was hoping with the Chelsea style ankle it would be a little tighter around the ankle but there is room to breath and then some. Still these are super cute and look great with jeans.

Great fit
These boots look better in person than online. The fit is perfect, they’re comfortable and fashionable. I appreciate the block heel and perfect height. I can no longer wear heels higher than these.
