Very nice neutral and comfortable shoe

I needed a brown loafer with a slight heel. Took the chance of ordering online since sadly they closed the Nordstrom near me. I am normally a 8.5 or 9 so I went with a 9 since Franco's seem to run small on me. The color is rich and not too yellow or gold. The fit is just right and does not squeeze my toes or rub at the heel. There is a reasonable amount of cushion in the forefoot. Having senstive feet, I was pleasantly surprised after wearing these for 8 hours on the first day and my feet were happy at the end of the day. Nice heal height and the shiny detail at the heal is a nice and somewhat discreet touch.

Not for me

I usually love Franco Sarto shoes but these just didn't work for me. The color was more plum or purple. The shoes had an odor that filled my bedroom. Although the quality was there, the shoes were an odd fit and ultimately uncomfortable. I returned them.

Runs slightly large

I wanted to love these as they are very cute and had the potential to be SO comfortable. However, they are slightly too long and wide. I have found this with other Franco Sarto shoes and boots too; yet a 7 1/2 never fits. If you wear an 8 1/2, try these in an 8! If you wear an 8W I bet these could fit in an 8M. High quality, soft cushy leather..but had to return them.

Comfortable loafer

This is a great update to the former Bocca loafer. The burgundy is deep in color and could be worn with any color pant. I have wide feet and these fit perfectly (unlike the former where I needed to buy a wide width). I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because they came with a number of scuffs on them like they were stored incorrectly or had been previously worn or tried on. Not ideal, meaning that they scuff pretty easily. I love them so much that I’m just going to get them shined and repaired.

Adorable but toooooo Tight

I am a shoe lover and have never met a Franco Sarto shoe I didn't like. I was so excited to receive these but they are so tight! I am a true blue size 6 shoe with a normal foot. But, I can not begin to get 1/3 of my foot in to this shoe; not even close. They have to be returned. Sadly, they are so far from being true to size I wouldn't know what size to reorder.

Cute and Comfy!

These shoes are very, comfortable, almost like there are small pillow cushions in the insoles. I get compliments every time I wear.
