Stretch Cotton Utility Pants

I sized up as others recommended; and while these fit good in the waist, they are supper baggy everywhere else, more so than on our uber-thin model here. I'm 5'5" and wear a 33, got the 34's...while the model is probably around 6'+or so, and probably wearing a 4 or 6 and so, they look great on her. But not on my everyday body. Just something to think about before ordering: sizing up will make all other proportions exaggeratedly larger, too. The material has some stretch to it. BUT b-ware: these are the most non color fast jeans I've ever had! They have faded significantly, following manufacturer's directions. And, coming out of the "wrinkly-release" setting, on the 'fluff' temp, they still come out quite wrinkly. Not into ironing jeans. Period. So, for the price, and the basic lack of quality (in my opinion, again, based on the price of these jeans), and the hassle of needing to be ironed: I give these otherwise very cool jeans 3*.

I really like the look of these pants and ended up buying them in both the washed navy and fatigue since I liked the colors so much. They are a little heavier fabric but have a nice stretch to them. A nice alternative to jeans. They're a little longer than a crop but not quite to the ankle which I actually like. I do think they run just a tad small which surprised me because I expected them to run large with the wide leg. I'm usually a 27 or 28 in FRAME jeans and had to size up to a 29 (5'6", 140 lbs).

I had to order these in a few different sizes because the reviews made me think that they ran small. The fit isn’t oversized on the model, I didn’t like them oversized on me. I’m usually a 25 or a 26 so I ordered both sizes. I kept the 25’s. For reference my high waist measures exactly 27 inches and the widest part of my hips is 36. I would describe my figure as fairly straight, it’s sometimes hard to find pants that fit in the waist and the hips. A lot of pants are too big in the hips and a little snug in the waist, these fit me perfectly. I really wish they would provide actual garment measurements and not suggested sizing. These pants do have a bit of stretch but are structured. I have a feeling they will relax a bit throughout the day.
