Seems high waisted
Has a lot going on for it but I’m not sure I’ll keep it. It’s very high waisted which isn’t that flattering and the waist is pretty large. Feels kind of sloppy. And the little ruffles at the shoulder seem too young looking.... but I like the idea and the style and the fabric.
