Mary Crinkled Gingham Cotton Blend Shirt

First, I ordered the blue crinkled gingham shirt. I loved it so much that I ordered the pink one. Both shirts have a pretty "grain" to the material. Both shirts fit well and feel comfortable. The blue is a vibrant "cornflower" blue. It goes well with my cobalt blue pants. The pink is neither a pastel nor a bright, shocking pink; it's somewhere in between. It is very pretty. Both shirts can go with a multitude of colors. They look flattering on, too.

I ordered the cornflower blue in this shirt. I love everything about it! The material has a decorative "grain" to it which makes the shirt even prettier. The material feels very crisp, fresh and durable, yet it's very comfortable. I thought I'd just keep the cuffs turned down until I saw what the contrasting stripes looked like when the cuffs were turned up. It looks lovely either way, and the contrasting stripes are really nice. The shirt is about 2/3 cotton, and washing instructions specify cold water. The shirt is roomy, though; if it shrinks a little, it will still look very nice. If it doesn't shrink, it's a nice fit, too. I also love the cornflower blue color. It's brighter and more vibrant than navy, but it isn't "loud" either. It's just...beautiful in every way.
