shrinks in wash

This is not like other foxcroft tunics I own. Washed in cold water and hung to dry it shrank half a size. It’s now tight across the shoulders and I have wear it open bc of gaping. I would return it if I could. Buy one size bigger so you can wear it after washing. This is probably why it’s on sale now
