Buttery, floral Taiwanese oolong hand-rolled into small balls for a sweet, complex cup. Made from two leaves and a sliver of stem, lightly oxidized to deliver bright green notes and full body.
- Origin: Nantou, Taiwan. Medium–high caffeine. Good for 3+ infusions. Ingredients: Taiwanese oolong tea. Brewing: add 1 tbsp tea to 12 oz boiling water, steep 3 seconds and discard first infusion; then steep 4 minutes and serve.
