The product does not work properly
From the very first day we purchased it, the product did not work correctly. I spent the entire day trying to use it—following all the product instructions and watching numerous videos—but there was nothing I could do to make it work. The Baby Brezza Formula Pro Advanced WiFi dispensed the correct amount of water only twice throughout the day, and even then, the bottle seemed as though the formula consisted of nothing but water. It was evident that something was not right. They make everything unnecessarily difficult, particularly when it comes to returning a product that does not function properly. I do not recommend purchasing this product, especially through the official website. I have opted to go back to preparing formula manually, as the Baby Brezza Formula Pro Advanced WiFi does not provide me with the assurance that my child is receiving the proper nutrition. The WiFi didn’t work too. The app kept displaying an error message, but the machine's display appeared normal. It was a waste of time and money, not to mention the frustration and stress.
