How to use: Wet/Dry Transformation: to intensify your eyeshadow or turn it into eyeliner, lightly dampen your brush with water before picking up your eyeshadow. If the brush becomes oversaturated with water, press against the back of your hand to remove excess water before picking up eyeshadow.
