What it is: An ultrasoft skin care cleansing device that uses T-Sonic pulsations to provide a much deeper clean than washing by hand.
Who it's for: Ideal for those with combination skin.
What it does: Cleansing Mode lifts away dirt, oil and dead skin cells to allow better absorption of your favorite skin care products. In Firming Massage Mode, choose from a variety of app-guided massage routines that use gentle T-Sonic pulsations to help diminish visible signs of aging. One USB charge provides 650 uses.
How to use: Use the front of the device for cleansing mode, and the back of the device for anti-aging mode to massage wrinkle-prone areas. Apply your regular cleanser. Wet the LUNA 3 and activate its cleansing mode. Gently massage into the face with your LUNA 3 for one minute. Rinse and dry your face. Apply your favorite skin care products, if desired. For anti-aging, activate its anti-aging mode and then press the surface onto wrinkle-prone points for a total of one minute. To clean your LUNA 3, wash the surface with soap and water. Rinse with clean water, then pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.

Learn from my mistakes lol
1.) each color is meant for a specific skin type!! I almost got the pink one, since it’s a pretty color, but that’s not for combination/ acne prone skin like mine. So I got the blue.
-I think that’s why people are disappointed with theirs, I think they purchased one due to color without knowing each color targets specific skin concerns.
2.) I have a VERY congested TZone. My face gets cleaned and glows after using Luna3 with Fresh Soybean cleanser (gentle moisturizing cleanser). I can’t -and do not advise- use this with an acne face wash, otherwise it leaves my skin super “tight” squeaky clean and stripped. Big no no. Trust me a gentle cleanser with high vibration is enough to clean your skin very well! Or use an acne face wash, but you’ll notice how tight and stripped your face will feel.
3.) you HAVE to DOUBLE cleanse your face. Use Oil Balm to remove makeup and rinse off. Then use this with a gentle cleanser to deep clean pores of what’s left over. It’s not meant to wash off a full face of makeup, let alone waterproof mascara. Double cleanse! Lol
PROS:
It’s antibacterial! So no more brush head replacements!
Glad I don’t have to purchase brush head replacements like I used to for the Clarisonic, costing me more money in the long run.
The charge last a lot of uses!
CONS: you need your phone to use, but honestly I always have my phone with me so it’s not a big deal for me. So that might be an issue for some?
FYI:
The charger isn’t meant to go in all the way, I thought mine was broken since it didn’t go in all the way, I was informed that’s normal. Charges just fine as is.

very disappointed.
I just received the device in the mail. The charger will not plug into the device. Reminds me of another purchase of the Clarisonic Opal. Cannot believe that an item that costs $200.00 would be shipped to me and it’s useless. Now I have to go to the store to return it. Waste of time and money. Doe not deserve a 1 star rating.

must use the app
I was disappointed to find out that in order to use this devices many features, you have to download and use the app. The app does not work well and you always have to sign in and connect your device. It has several settings but the app doesn’t work properly so I can’t even use them all. I use this to wash my face, but have no idea what setting it is on. I would much prefer one that lets you control the device without an app.

Will be returning this device. I thought it worked fine and I’d have kept it if it was made in Sweden. $200 not worth the price for a made-in-China device. I feel like I have been cheated
