What it is: A complex blend of essential oils chosen to help calm the mind while aiding concentration.
What it does: It's packed with the purest essential oils including pine, cedarwood and eucalyptus. It is the blend to help cleanse the air, thanks to the eucalyptus, which is a natural air freshener thanks to its antibacterial properties.
How to use: Add up to 10 drops to your essential oil diffuser. Alternatively, you can also add five drops to a warm bath, or 1–2 drops to your chosen base oil for a calming and relaxing massage.
