Long Sleeve Layered Midi Dress

I’m going to have this altered to my measurements and I think it will be great. I’m 5’4”, 115 and a 32DD. I bought in a medium to allow more room up top. But in doing so the ruffles hit me at an unflattering (widest part of my hips) area. When I pull some fabric back it looks great. Needs to be taken up in the bust area as well for me as it exposes a bit too much cleavage. But I think the dress is pretty enough to work with it. I’ll wear it with black tall stiletto boots and tights for a more casual look. It’s a keeper.
