Floral Ruffle Detail Dress

Such a cute dress, but the top is just not designed for anyone above a C cup, and that may be pushing it. The distance from shoulders to waist is very short, so if you’re at all busty the “waist” hits right below the bust, which in turn eats up the about 2.5” of fabric above the waist to make it very full-on cleavage. Minus the chest I’d be a medium; even the large doesn’t seem to fit well on top so I’m trying the XL to try to make the top work.

I am a 36 C and 5 foot 7. 160-165 pounds. This fit beautifully, and yes like it was tailored for me.. I am large boned and have wide shoulders, a short, larger waist and 31 inches seam long legs. It looks great! The extra inch on the lining, out from the shoulders helps make your rib and waistline look beautifully small. And I believe if you are curvier, there is plenty of room in the hips to still flow beautifully. It is empire waisted. I am really happy with it and plan on wearing to graduations and an early summer wedding. Hope this helps someone choose it.
