The shoe looks great but
The shoe looks great but the heal strap will not stay up. I have tightened it to the last opening and it does not help.
I wore these shoes to a client luncheon and I was miserable trying to keep the heel strap up.
I want to return them for full refund.
What are next steps to do so??

Great quality. Super cute. Runs large.
Super cute. So well made. I love this style! So feminine. Sizing: they run big. I’m normally a size 8 medium across the board but in these I got a 7 1/2 and they fit perfectly. I have medium width feet with small bunions unfortunately and they are not too snug. Perfect.
