Very cute, but runs quite large
As a a person of mere 5'2", I was a little unsure of this fabric--I thought it might overwhelm me. It turns out I didn't have to worry about the pattern overwhelming me, but I did have to worry about the sizes I ordered! I ordered both an 8--which I expected to be the right size for my usually-Medium body--and a 6. Even the 6 was way too large, so now I've ordered smaller sizes to try. That's right, I do still want to find the right fit because it's a really nice style and fabric! And I actually like that because I'm shorter, I get a little more coverage over my mid-section. It's still crop, but hits more at my navel than on the (likely 5'10") model in these photos.
