fun and flirty
This top is well structured with fun puffy sleeves. I would not wear it in warmer weather as the cotton is thicker and covers much of the top of the arms as you can see!!
But absolutely NO fussing, just flirty and fun! Did not give this top 5 stars because the sleeves are just a wee bit bulky and short-waisted for tall girls like me!!
