Not so true to size
I'm have big breasts and usually wear a 38C bra, but I have lost weight and almost closer to a 36C. I usually wear sizes 10-12 in dresses. I bought both sizes, thinking at the very least that the 12 would fit. It would not zip up (around my breasts) - and I looked at the size chart. The bust should fit 38.5. Considering ordering a 14 but then the rest of the dress would be way too big and it already needs to be hemmed due to the length. May give up on it all together.

Beautiful and flattering
I love this dress! I am 5"2 so needed to get it hemmed. I often struggle with strapless dresses fitting my bust but this was supportive and stayed up without adjusting it all the time. The structure of the bodice with the flow skirt is a beautiful contrast.
