Floral Print Midi Dress

This dress is an interesting soft flowy fabric with a tiny pleat texture, perhaps a crinkle crepe. It is not lined, the description is not correct. It is semi-sheer and would definitely require a well chosen slip underneath before I would wear the dress. The fit is designed for a youthful figure with a high perky bustline. That does not describe my figure so the underbust seam does not hit me at a low enough place. The red is a vibrant color and the print is a subdued small floral which I liked. I prefer midi length dresses and this slit is acceptable to me. I am returning the dress.

The dress has a v cut that is very flattering. I am heavier so I do not wish my knees to show-- but in this dress-- the slit is in the right place to not bother me-it really is full enough that the leg doesn't show in the split. I have a midriff roll & this dress does wonders with this...cut just full enough in this area to not show. This was the winner for me!. Red is gorgeous....

This dress is so easy and comfortable to wear. The style is flattering and drapes nicely. This dress is very packable for travel and can be paired with a jean jacket or cardigan or styled with a blazer for a dressier look. The fabric is lightweight for warmer weather. I agree with other reviewers that it needs a slip, but that's not a deal-breaker for me. My only issue is that the red is a bit more tomato than deep red, but that's a matter of preference. I will style the dress with natural sandals.
