Floral One-Shoulder Gown

This is a pretty dress. It has zero stretch and looks frumpy on me. I'm 2 waist up, 4 waist down, very short waisted with narrow shoulders, 34B, and the 4 was uncomfortably tight and I could barely zip it up. I'm 5'7" and it was on the ground wearing platforms. The neck ruffle was also way too high, but the side without the ruffle came down too low, despite the short top of this dress. I'd recommend sizing up in this. The colors are bright and cheerful!
