Floral Keyhole Puff Sleeve Top

Conflicted on whether or not to keep this one! I was pleasantly surprised by the fabric- I was expecting a cheap feeling material but instead it feels like a light cotton seersucker. It’s quite short on me and just barely is tuck-able into my highest waisted jeans. I have a very long torso though, so if you have a regular to short torso it’s probably a good length. My biggest gripe about this top is the button loops which are elastic. I’m not sure why you need the buttons to be functional at all if you have the smocking on the back? As a result, the buttons want to stretch apart rather than the smocking and then creates a gapping effect like you are wearing a shirt that’s too small. I’m debating just stitching the front panels together , but haven’t decided if it’s worth it. Other than being a bit short and the button issue, it fits great elsewhere. (5’4”, 130#, 36A, athletic build)
