Choppy and scratchy!

My bust and waist measurements are 38" and 30", respectively. The size 10 was a bit tight threw the chest and back, while the size 12 was too big. The middle section of this dress is very unflattering on. If you have a stomach or hips, avoid this dress. The fabric was also extremely scratchy.
