Floral Embroidery Long Jacket & Jumpsuit Set

I'm usually a 8 or 10 but I ordered a 12 because I like my jumpsuit to be more loose in the waist and hip areas. Thankfully, the straps are adjustable. The bustline is a bit low-lying so with sizing up I had enough room in the crotch area to pull up and try to hide cleavage. The jumpsuit part is very versatile and it could look formal, or you could add a shirt underneath to look urban chic or casual. As for the outer layer, it does end up a bit big on me since I ordered up. It's a kind of scratchy tulle material. With it tied up the sihouette does resemble a gown. I'm not a big fan of the way the shoulders fall almost like it's ruched but overall, I like the semi transparent aesthetic. It kind of gives off a modernized hanfu or yukata (traditional east asian clothing) vibe, which I absolutely love. But it is also one step away from looking like an edgy evening robe, so be careful with the fit and how you accessorize! With the strap left untied, it does looks like a nice flowy cardigan for modern dancers. Overall, when worn together, it is certainly forefront fashion but also not very practical in terms of finding an occasion to wear it to. Maybe only at a fashion week. It's too edgy to wear to a business/academic setting, too eye-catching/loud for a wedding, too casual for galas and the like. You may find greater utility on wearing the two pieces separately.
