really odd fit and fabric feels cheap

Really odd fit. I am 5’5 with a short torso and these are most definitely not high rise. The length is also much longer than a normal inseam, so I would have to remove at least 6” to have them look normal. I loved the color as I’m a soft summer, but the fabric and fit just feels way too cheap
