Nordstrom Notes guarantees cancellation
This is the 4th item I purchased with Nordstrom Notes, and the 4th item that was cancelled by Nordstrom a day later. I also purchased this item with my credit card, and that purchase actually went through and shipped. There is also no customer service contact email to ask why Nordstrom continues to cancel orders this way, or to inquire why they are the only site that allegedly isn't able to track their inventory. Any one else experience this?
