Snowbird Faux Fur Waterproof Boot (Women)

I bought these boots but was very disappointed when I received them. They had this rust orange color stain around the top rim of the white sole where the boot meets the rubber sole, all around each boot. I called customer service & told them what happened. The gal suggested I return them & she could re-order them again for me. I returned them & did a re- order of the same boot. When I received the 2nd pair order I was extremely disappointed because it was the same issue as the 1st order, only the stains were worse. Once again i called customer service & explained the issue & that its the 2nd time i ordered these boots. The agent again said i could return & re-order but why bother now?! The nearest nordstrom is half an hour away from me. What's my chances of getting a 3rd pair & have the same problem. Doesn't anyone check what's being sent out?! Don't waste your money & time with this defective product. Very disappointed with norstroms at this point.

Love this boots. I will get another color. It good for the snow. The bottom is very good for the snow and ice. Great grip. I purchase a size 6.5. It fits great, with room for 2 pairs of socks . It’s also warm. And it’s light weight. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a winter boot. Thank u Nordstrom.
