Round brush spikey plastic bristles
I do like my air styler very much but never use the round brush because it is too big for my fine hair and the plastic bristles are so stiff that they actually hurt my head. They feel like spikes. I wish you had a narrower round brush with softer less stiff plastic bristles.

Hard Plastic Bristles
The size of the bush part is perfect, but the bristles are very hard and sharp. They hurt a bit. If Shark fixes the brush bristles my rating would be 5 stars.
