Perfect mules.
I am normally a size 5 but I ordered a 5.5 and it works perfectly. I have room for my toes and they don't slide off.

Didn't work out
I loved these in the Black Plaid and immediately put them on my wish list. I was very disappointed with the fit. I ordered up 1/2 size because that was what was recommended. They were very wide and there was no way they would sty on my feet if I walked in them. I find it hard to believe thta people said they were comfortable walking shoes. I couldn't even walk around the house in them.

Just not for me
I don’t know why all the influencers are raving about these. I don’t own any and I haven’t purchased them but I did try them on and I’m so glad I didn’t waste time buying them online. They have an awkward fit. They are not structured and so when they are on they look and feel like you are wearing slippers. The sides of the shoe sag and look deflated. They DO NOT LOOK CUTE!! Sure! They look good on a photo when someone is far away and can’t see what they look like ON CLOSE UP! I wish they just made the loafer. I have purchased the loafer and they looked so much more polished and nicer overall. And for reference I don’t have a wide or chubby foot.

color not as pictured
These are not cognac. They are a lighter brown. That’s the only reason I took a star off. They will be perfect for transitioning to fall. I had to go up 1/2 a size so that I don’t have to cram my feet to the top.

Great Mule for Fall
Great deal on these during the Anniversary Sale. They are very cute and dress up a pair of jeans well. I will agree they run slightly small. I had to size up to a 9 and am typically 8.5.

love them! own 3 pairs!
I love these mules! I bought last years style with the cold chain, then purchased 2 more this year. The pink is fun, yet still neutral. The plaid makes a more monotone work outfit more fun and modern. These stay on well considering they are a mule style and are classic in between seasons look for here in Michigan or great fro summers in between pedis!

Biggest disappointment of the Nordstrom Sale
These mules look beautiful online, but do not meet the quality or appearance of their picture. They run small and the chain is a cheap “rubber-like” material. Just bad. I ordered two colors and returned both. NOPE.
