Fleming Soft Metallic Leather Crossbody Bag

The quality of this bag is beautiful. Really pretty metallic leather. The only reason I’m returning it, is beads there seems to be a defect with the zipper. There’s no sparkle in the chain but the bag itself is beautiful. I really wish Nordstrom would review their shipping process, as no care seems to go into wrapping these expensive purses. I’ve ordered 5 purses the past few weeks and not a single one came wrapped. All the purses (except for this purse) were used. I’m starting to feel like there is no Quality Assurance in the warehouse or stores. Management still has not followed up with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially bought my wife a Valentino purse for Christmas. She initially loved the look, however the leather was very stiff and it was too small to fit her daily items. She chose this purse as a replacement and it is her favorite purse…even over her two previous YSL purses that I got her. The material is soft and pliable, the stitched design looks incredible, and there is plenty of room for her stuff. The zipper, the chain, the entire purse exceeds expectations! Highly recommend this purse!
