Uncomfortable/ Horrible customer service!
Very heavy very uncomfortable. Worst part was returning this shoes. When I tried to return at the online return desk at Nordstrom (Tysons corner. VA) they said shoe manager has to came and look at it. So I waited. When the mgr came down, he took the shoes and disappeared for 10mins. I wasn’t sure what he was doing, nobody really explained what was going on, and the worst thing was the cashier kept giving me an attitude. It was a horrible experience. I could get the same thing at Neimas or Saks. Only reason I keep shopping at Nordstrom is easy to return. I guess not anymore. Very disappointed.

beautiful shoes
Only reason why I’m giving these 5 start because These Prada shoes are beautiful. If you are half a size go up in size they are the most light weight shoes and so stylish. But I do agree With the last review I returned mine at a Nordstroms store bc they didn’t fit me and the workers are very rude about returning designer stuff. Returning anything designer at Nordstrom’s the store staff need to stop being rude. This is the second time they have done this to me. This was at the Indiana store THE FASHION MALL KEYSTONE.

Beautiful and comfortable
Unlike the other reviews these shoes are really comfortable and fit true to size. I’m a true size 7 and my foot is a tad bit wide.
