Wonderful bag
I recently bought this bag for a trip I was taking. I wanted to use a tote as my bag on the plane and it worked so nicely for traveling. I love how this bag has three options for carrying it. The regular straps are very long and comfortable. The short, leather handles are very soft and comfortable to carry. I love how the long straps can be pulled through to become backpack straps. I bought this bag in black and I am very happy with it and I will use it all the time. I lobe how slim the bag is as well. Overall great purchase.

Not for plus sized people
I got this bag and was impressed with the quality and colour as soon as I opened it. That being said, it's unusable to me as a bigger person. I'm a XXL in women's clothing and the bags straps are too short. I can get the bag on my back awkwardly but with anything in the bag it becomes uncomfortable. I'm not even that big in the whole scheme of things and generally shop at straight sizes places. I think I will be returning this bag. It would be nice if strap length was listed. I just looked at the listing for this bag and it's not there so I'm not sure if I will take the risk and exchange in the hopes something else fits or just return it.

Thoughtful Design and Versatile
This is a very well designed tote and versatile. You can carry it by the leather handles, or by the long straps on your shoulder, or easily adjust the long straps and carry it as a backpack. The only drawback is that I would have preferred a light colored interior. I purchased the black tote and it's very dark inside that deep tote making it hard to find what you're looking for. When will handbag designers learn to always do a light interior?

The material is too hard. Also it doesn't hold as much as it looks like, considering the size is pretty big. I really wish I could like it.

Undetectable extension charm on this bag!
I love this tote bag! I've been looking for a casual canvas tote to use as my daily bag and this is it! This can hold a ton of stuff without looking bulky. My one criticism is the long straps are a tad too long for my short arms and I can't quite reach the bottom without taking it off my shoulder.

Great bag
Really liked this bag, seems durable but also stylish. I like that you can carry it three ways. However, I ended up purchasing a true backpack by the same brand as I was looking for a primary backpack. I felt that the straps on the true backpack were more comfortable than this one.

Excellent Personal Item with Travel Backpack
I purchased a new Totepack No. 1 on the Pre Loved website and it absolutely delivers as a personal item while traveling. I always travel with a Fjallraven Travel Backpack, but then my personal item can’t be another backpack easily since my back is already in use. The totepack easily slings over my shoulder and is locked on by the backpack straps - total win! The front zipper pocket easily stored all my essentials and airport security items when going through screening. Inside was my iPad, personal items and second layer and light rain jacket. This totepack was my day trip bag for 10 days in Hawaii, holds up for shopping, extra layers and water. After using it for this trip, I convinced my wife to sew in a phone pocket in the front pocket, felt wool pocket, now my phone is exactly in reach and position without moving around.
